Where's my parcel?

Got a web shop? Then you get the same questions every day. About delivery times, about exchanges, about that one size. You've known the answer for ages, but you type it again every time. W0RK puts the questions in one place, and the answer in a card.

An ordinary Thursday

You sell bags through your own WooCommerce shop.

08:30. The daily mail tells you how much is waiting: nine in Messages, five in Rapid Reply. Only counts, no names.

08:35. Messages has already sorted your mail and your orders. Shipping confirmations and newsletters are in Transactional. Open holds what's really waiting for an answer.

08:40. Four people ask if they can exchange a bag. You have a card about that in your knowledge base, so they're in Rapid Reply. You have the next five written. Every draft names the card it's based on. You read, press Approve, and then Send.

09:00. Someone asks if the green bag also comes in black. That's nowhere in your knowledge base, so there's no draft. You write this one yourself, and then make a card of it.

11:00. A regular client mails about an order. On her client card you see her orders from WooCommerce, her earlier mails, and what she spent altogether.

15:00. On the board you move the new collection to "done". Tomorrow it goes online.

Time back, a worked example

Say: the same five questions every day (where's my parcel, can I exchange, when is it back in stock), and 3 minutes per answer. That's a quarter of an hour a day. With about 22 working days that's 330 minutes: about 5 to 6 hours a month. Charge €75 an hour, and that's 5.5 hours x €75 = well over €400 a month. W0RK costs €150 a month. If a draft from your knowledge base takes over most of that typing, W0RK has paid for itself.

A worked example, not a promise. How much time you get back depends on your questions and on what's in your knowledge base.

What helps

• WooCommerce: your orders come in, with the client attached. B03M only reads: it doesn't change any order.
• Messages: mail, comments and orders in six tabs, with an owner per message.
• Rapid Reply: drafts only from your own knowledge. A card with a file, like your returns form, can go along as an attachment.
• Clients: a card per client, with the revenue added up.
• Your voice: how you sound, formal or casual, and what you never write.

What it doesn't do

• Send nothing without you. No automatic replies, not after an hour, not in bulk.
• Make up an answer when your knowledge base says nothing about it.
• Make quotes or invoices.
• Channels other than mail, WordPress, WooCommerce and MailBlue. WhatsApp or Instagram aren't in there.
• Change or refund orders in your shop. W0RK only reads along.

What it costs
