Knowledge base · your voice
How you sound, in cards. Short or elaborate, casual or formal, and what you never write.

Voice is one of the five categories in the knowledge base. Its cards don't decide what an answer says, but how. They always go along with a draft in Rapid Reply.
How to write a Voice card
- Make a card in the Voice category.
- Write how you sound, the way you'd explain it to a new colleague. "We keep it casual, never stiff. Short: three sentences is plenty. No exclamation marks."
- Below that, put what must never appear, with a Verboden: line (Dutch for forbidden), one thing per line, until an empty line:
Verboden:
Furthermore
I hope this helps you further
!A line with just a character (like !) forbids that character; the rest are words or phrases.
What B03M does with it
If a draft still contains something forbidden, B03M rewrites it once. If it's still there after that, B03M replaces a character, and the draft gets the flag Form rule broken, with what B03M found. You decide.
Per channel
Every connected source has a source card in Voice: what the source is, what comes in, and how you sound there. Maybe looser on your blog than in your mail. B03M suggests the content, from that source's messages and your own answers; you approve it. Such a card only goes along with a message from that source.
Your own senders
Your own addresses (like the address your site mails from) go under your own senders, in Settings → W0RK → Connections. They're not in Messages, but B03M does read them, for your tone.
What it doesn't do (yet)
- A voice per colleague: a workspace has one voice.
- Removing a source card while the source is connected.
B03M gaat stap voor stap open. Kies je lijst, dan nodigen we je uit zodra er plek is.
