Under Clients there's a card for every client: a person or a company. With every question in Messages you see right away who's asking.
Where a card comes from
- Your mail: answer someone without a card, or pick Make client card, and one appears. Never for a newsletter, a noreply address or a sender you called transactional.
- Your online shop: WooCommerce brings the client of every order along.
- Your newsletter: MailBlue brings signups and labels.
They're matched by email address. Each detail shows where it comes from, because when two sources disagree, you want to know who's right.
What's on it
- A person: name, address, phone, website and socials, and which company they belong to, with their role.
- A company: the people with it, with one main point of contact, everyone's conversations together, and the revenue added up.
- Every conversation, the old ones too.
- A picture of their own, or the icon of their site.
💡
Tip. If a company has an email domain of its own, B03M suggests who belongs to it. Never for Gmail and other public addresses.

What it doesn't do (yet)
- B03M doesn't update a card in your online shop or newsletter: it only reads.
- Making a quote or an invoice.
