B03M W0RK for hosting and websites
My mail isn't working, how do I renew my domain, where's my password? The same questions every day, and the answer is already somewhere.

Run a hosting company or build websites? Then you know: you've answered most questions a hundred times already. Mail settings, domains, a lost password. W0RK puts those questions in one place, and the answer in a card. We know what that's like: B03M comes from the same corner, because David runs a hosting company himself.
An ordinary Monday
You host websites and mail for small businesses, and now and then you build a site.
08:30. The daily mail tells you how much is waiting: twelve messages, six in Rapid Reply.
08:35. In Messages the real questions are in Open. System notifications and newsletters are in Transactional, the spam in Spam, with whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked out.
08:40. Three clients ask how to set up their mail on a new phone. Your card with the server settings is in your knowledge base, so there's a draft ready, with the card attached. One client puts it as "mail doesn't work on my iPhone", and B03M still finds the card: search goes by meaning.
09:15. Someone asks if you can move a site from another provider. That's not in there. No draft: you write this one yourself, and afterwards you put it in a card.
11:00. You park a question about an invoice for your colleague, with a reason. They pick it up with one click. On the board is the new site that has to go live this week.
Time back, a worked example
Say: the same five questions every day (setting up mail, renewing a domain, lost password), and 3 minutes per answer. That's a quarter of an hour a day. With about 22 working days that's 330 minutes: about 5 to 6 hours a month. Charge €75 an hour, and that's 5.5 hours x €75 = well over €400 a month. W0RK costs €150 a month. If a draft from your knowledge base takes over most of that typing, W0RK has paid for itself.
A worked example, not a promise. How much time you get back depends on your questions and on what's in your knowledge base.
What helps
- The knowledge base: settings, ways of working and agreements in cards, with every version kept. A manual as a file can go along as an attachment.
- Messages: an owner per message, parking with a reason, and search through the whole history.
- Rapid Reply: drafts only from your own knowledge, with the cards it's based on.
- Your team: owner, admin, colleague or guest, set per section.
- SM1TH: connect your own AI tool, like Claude Code. New knowledge comes in as a suggestion, never as a change.
What it doesn't do
- Send nothing without you. No automatic replies, not after an hour, not in bulk.
- Make up an answer when your knowledge base says nothing about it.
- Make quotes or invoices.
- Channels other than mail, WordPress, WooCommerce and MailBlue. WhatsApp or Instagram aren't in there.
- A ticket system with a client portal. Your client just mails, and you answer from your own mail server.
