Starting a workspace

Work apart, but close by

A workspace is the W0RK side of B03M: a space of its own for your business. It's separate from your family. What's in it can't be seen from FAM, and the other way round.

How to start

1. Log in at app.boem.top. No workspace yet? Then you get a screen to start one. Give it a name.
2. B03M sets up the knowledge base right away, with the five fixed categories and a few tags you're free to throw out. More about the knowledge base.
3. Connect your mail, so Messages has something to do. How to connect email.
4. Invite your team (see below).

Invited to someone else's workspace? Click the link in the mail and you're a member, with the role picked for you.

Your team

Under Settings → W0RK → Members and access you invite someone with an email address and a role. You see who hasn't responded to the invite yet, and you can resend or withdraw it.

• Owner: manages who joins, and the settings. There's always at least one.
• Admin: runs the work, but can't make themselves owner.
• Colleague: works along. May make, approve and send drafts in Messages.
• Guest: reads what you give them, and does nothing else.

The settings

Under Settings → W0RK: the workspace, the knowledge base, your connections, members and access, AI, MCP, the subscription and your preferences. Everyone may read them; the owner changes them.

What it doesn't do (yet)

• The subscription only shows your plan. Paying doesn't go through B03M, and your workspace works fully, with or without a subscription.
• Deleting a workspace isn't something you do yourself. Mail yo@boem.top.
