Why

A household and a business both run on who does what. That doesn't have to live in one head. And it's allowed to be fun.

Fewer loose ends

Who's picking up? What are we eating? Is there any milk left? And who answers that mail from yesterday? Usually one person knows it all, and they're busy with it every day. B03M puts it in one place, where everyone sees it.

Then nobody has to remember it for the rest.

At home: fewer questions, more together

  • Who's cooking tonight? It's in the weekly menu, with a name next to it. Or "from the freezer", also fine.
  • Any milk left? Whoever sees it's gone puts it on the list. In the shop you see what's on it and who put it there.
  • What time is swimming? The calendar has the weekly rhythm and the school feed. The kids see their own things, not your work meeting.
  • The kids join in. A screen of their own, their own pocket money with a savings goal, and what they're allowed to do, you set.
  • And it's allowed to be fun. A living room with your own family and pets in pixels, a robot vacuum that bumps into the couch, a saying from the kids on the home screen every day, and 36 games for after dinner.

The calendar of the whole family

Your partner uses ChatGPT, you use Claude. You're both so used to your own tool that setting up something new together is too much hassle. So it never happens. While it's so much easier with one shared family brain that you can both reach.

At work: every question has an owner

  • Nothing falls through the cracks. In Messages every message has an owner. Park it for a colleague with a reason; they pick it up with one click.
  • You see what has your name on it. My tasks collects it from all boards. And nobody else sees your own board.
  • The knowledge isn't in one head. What you know is in the knowledge base. So a colleague can answer the way you would, and B03M writes a draft that's based on something.
  • You hold the pen. A draft only goes out after Approve, and then Send. Afterwards you see who sent it, and when.
  • Your day starts with a count, not a pile. The daily mail tells you how much is waiting, at the hour you pick.

That's how W0RK becomes the shared brain of your business. Connect your mail and your website, and plug it through SM1TH into the AI tool you already use, like ChatGPT or Claude. Switch tools, and you take everything with you. And if you want to leave us, as the owner you request an export.

What B03M isn't

  • No ads, and we sell nothing. Your data is on our own servers in Germany. Use an AI feature, and only what it needs goes to Ollama Cloud, and for the voice in the little ones' corner to ElevenLabs. What goes where.
  • No assistant that does things on its own. B03M suggests, you decide.
  • No five separate apps. One place, one account. Work and home in one place, but never mixed up.

B03M started in our own family, because we wanted it ourselves. Now we're building it further for families and small businesses looking for the same. About us.
